Good executives usually build good teams, and the Philadelphia Eagles have one of the best general managers in the game.
Howie Roseman is the ultimate hustler.
He’s climbed his way up the ladder, becoming a self-made figure in this league, and he’s established himself as one of the best in business.
That’s why, after watching the flurry of moves he’s made again this offseason, former Eagles star DeSean Jackson tipped his hat to him.
Talking to Kay Adams for the Up & Adams Show, Jackson claimed that Roseman is ‘the real GOAT’ when it comes to general managers.
He raved about the fact that he continues to make big moves without getting the team in a tough spot, salary cap-wise.
The Eagles desperately needed to make some big moves in the offseason to make people forget their late-season debacle from last year.
They lost six of their last seven games, including their wild-card matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
“Howie Roseman is the real GOAT,” Jackson said.

They also lost Jason Kelce and Fletcher Cox.
Notably, Roseman has been up to the task.
He revamped the coaching staff earlier in the offseason, and he’s now brought back CJ Gardner-Johnson to fix a secondary defense that missed him badly last season.
He also signed Saquon Barkley, added offensive line help, and got another low-risk/high-reward pickup in WR DeVante Parker.
The best part about this is that the Eagles could still make more moves with the cap space they have, and it’s not like they needed a lot of reinforcements.
