Over the past couple of weeks, as NFL free agency has gotten underway, there’s been a ton of movement in the league, with notable players changing teams on a daily basis, whether through signings or trades.
The one move that everyone had been waiting for was the Chicago Bears trading star quarterback Justin Fields elsewhere, with the consensus being that the team would bring in USC superstar quarterback Caleb Williams with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
Ironically enough, quite a few quarterbacks got moved or signed with new teams before the Bears made the move to send Fields to another team, which turned out to be the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Russell Wilson, Gardner Minshew, Mac Jones, Joe Flacco, Jameis Winston, Kenny Pickett, Sam Darnold, Kirk Cousins, Desmond Ridder, Jimmy Garoppolo, and Sam Howell are among the many quarterbacks that have changed teams this offseason.
However, Zach Wilson, who the New York Jets intend to trade, remains in New York, but Rich Cimini of ESPN hints that he could be the next quarterback on the move.

After superstar Aaron Rodgers went down in the Week 1 win over the division-rival Buffalo Bills, Wilson got the starting job once again and was given another opportunity to prove his worth to New York and teams around the league that might be interested in his services.
Unfortunately for Wilson, his overall performance as the Jets’ starter was disappointing once again, as it seemed more of the same from the former No. 2 overall pick.
Even though Wilson hasn’t been able to live up to expectations, a team might still be willing to take a chance on him.
