With the first week of NFL free agency officially over, many notable players have been signed, and many of these players have changed teams, which has changed the outlook for the 2024 campaign and beyond.
Now that player movement is starting to slow with teams beginning to look toward the 2024 NFL Draft, which will take place on April 25, grades have begun to be given out for the moves that teams around the league have made to improve their rosters.
A lot of the player movement that has taken place since the start of free agency happened in the NFC, with PFF diving into the moves made and grading which teams did well throughout the process.
According to PFF, the Washington Commanders are the team in the NFC that has done the best thus far in free agency, with the New York Giants, Atlanta Falcons, Minnesota Vikings, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers right behind them.

With the Commanders determined to right the ship under their new ownership group led by Josh Harris, the team was expected to make a lot of moves during the NFL offseason in order to speed up the rebuilding process.
The Commanders did a great job of bringing in some instant game-changers while also adding some savvy veterans, with the team bringing in running back Austin Ekeler, linebacker Bobby Wagner, tight end Zach Ertz, and veteran quarterback Marcus Mariota.
Along with some solid signings, the Commanders own the No. 2 overall pick in the upcoming 2024 NFL Draft, where the team will likely take the best quarterback available.
