During the Tom Brady era, the New England Patriots seemed a shoo-in to make the playoffs every year.
Brady always seemed to find that extra gear, which allowed him to lead his team to great heights each season.
While they didn’t always make it to the big game, Brady’s six Super Bowl rings with the Patriots are an indication of how dominant this team was.
Now that Brady has officially retired from the NFL and is pursuing other ventures, fans have tried to get a more detailed glimpse into his career, hoping to get a look inside the Patriots’ organization.
Luckily for them, Apple TV+ recently released a docu-series titled “The Dynasty,” which goes in-depth into this team and what they were able to accomplish.
While this series has been well received by fans, some former Patriots players aren’t exactly thrilled with the results.
Devin McCourty recently discussed this in a video with Rodney Harrison, which Pro Football Talk shared.
“They only hit anything that was negative,” McCourty said, indicating that he didn’t feel like he was well-represented in this show.

He also believes that the documentary painted the organization in a bad light and that Bill Belichick was seen as a negative coach.
In McCourty’s eyes, there is a reason the Patriots were so dominant throughout the years.
Players wanted to play with Brady, they wanted to play under Belichick, and ultimately, they wanted to play for the Patriots.
After seeing McCourty’s frustration, it will be interesting to see if other players will voice similar concerns about this series.
