Once again, the Dallas Cowboys have taken a cautious approach to free agency.
Months ago, team owner Jerry Jones stated that the team would go ‘all-in’ in the offseason, promising that they wouldn’t be building for the future.
Fast forward to today, and they rank dead last in the league in money spent in free agency with just over $2 million.
Also, Jones recently claimed that he thinks his team can do ‘more with less,’ which doesn’t sound like going all-in at all.
With that in mind, former NFL player Willie Colon claimed that Dak Prescott and company should be very worried right now.
In his latest appearance on The Carton Show, he stated that it sounds like Jerry Jones has officially given up on his team.
“If you’re Dak and company, you should be worried, because it sounds like your owner has given up,” Colon said.

That sounds about right, as the team wasn’t even involved in rumors for any of the top-notch free agents or trade candidates of the offseason.
This organization hasn’t won a Super Bowl in almost three decades, and they haven’t been relevant — from a football perspective — during that same span.
Jones has turned them into the most valuable and profitable organization in major sports, and he deserves plenty of credit for that.
But when it comes to building a football team, he might not be the most qualified guy out there.
That’s why it’s hard to envision this team getting different results with him making all of the decisions.
Another guy in his position would’ve lost his job multiple times already, but no one holds him accountable because he’s his own boss.
