There’s less than a month until the Chicago Bears will officially be on the clock to start the 2024 NFL Draft with the No. 1 overall pick, and with every passing day, there seems to be another rumor that surfaces about the teams’ intentions at the top of the draft.
As of right now, the consensus seems to be that the Bears will draft USC superstar quarterback Caleb Williams with the top pick, but after that, nothing appears to be set in stone with quarterbacks going up and down draft boards and trades potentially taking place.
The most likely scenario that unfolds on April 25 is the Bears taking Williams and the next two teams going with quarterbacks as well, with the Washington Commanders and New England Patriots going with either Drake Maye or Jayden Daniels.
Then things get interesting at No. 4 overall with the Arizona Cardinals on the clock and the team not needing a quarterback because of Kyler Murray but could use a wide receiver like Marvin Harrison Jr.
Although Harrison seems like the safe pick at No. 4 overall, Jordan Schultz of Bleacher Report believes the Cardinals could trade down on or before draft day via The Pat McAfee Show.

With a few weeks left until the draft gets underway on April 25, there will be many more rumors surfacing about the intentions of the Cardinals and other teams in the top 10.
The safe bet is the Cardinals going with Harrison to give Murray a target downfield, but maybe they feel they can still get him at a lower pick with teams trying to trade up for quarterbacks.
