The Miami Dolphins had a solid offensive line last season, as they were able to keep quarterback Tua Tagovailoa upright for 17 games while only allowing him to be sacked 29 times.
A valuable member of that unit is now reportedly coming back for another year with the team.
Barry Jackson of The Miami Herald announced on X that offensive tackle Kendall Lamm is re-signing with the Dolphins on a one-year deal.

Lamm was a valuable member of the offensive line last season as a veteran swing tackle and depth piece, while he also stepped in to start eight games when star left tackle Terron Armstead got injured.
Lamm has been the Dolphins’ top backup for the past two years, and will now be backing up Armstead for a third year as the starter continues to struggle with staying healthy.
He played 520 snaps at left tackle last season and 93 at right tackle, which represented the most offensive snaps he has played since the 2018 season.
Miami could have new starters at all three spots on the interior of the line this season, as guard Robert Hunt left in free agency for the Panthers and center Connor Williams and guard Isaiah Wynn remained unsigned.
That kind of overturn made it more important to keep continuity on the outside and bring Lamm back, while the focus now shifts to fixing the center and guard positions.
Lamm has made 37 starts and played for five teams since being signed as an undrafted free agent by the Texans in 2015.
