A couple of years ago, the Cleveland Browns decided to make the bold move to trade for star quarterback Deshaun Watson by sending a massive trade package to the Houston Texans and then signing their new star under center to a lucrative long-term deal.
Although Watson is one of the best quarterbacks in the league when healthy and playing up to his potential, the Clemson University product has struggled to stay healthy throughout his career, especially after being traded to the Browns.
During the last two seasons with the Browns, Watson has played in a total of 12 games, which clearly isn’t going to cut it for a quarterback that was brought in to be a game-changer for Cleveland.
Despite the Browns’ disappointment with the Watson experiment up to this point, the team still hopes that he can return from shoulder surgery next season and prove why it was so high on him in the first place.
In the meantime, Watson was seen courtside at Crypto.com Arena, according to Chris Fedor of Cleveland.com, watching the Los Angeles Clippers host the Cleveland Cavaliers.

At this point in time, Watson seems to be on track in his rehab from shoulder surgery to be ready for the 2024 NFL regular season, which is obviously great news for the Browns.
Cleveland hopes to take advantage of what could be a championship window, with the Browns having one of the best defenses in the league, led by reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett, and a formidable offense once Watson is ready to get back on the field.
