The 2024 NFL Draft is a little over two weeks away, with draft boards of experts seemingly changing on a daily basis leading up to draft day on April 25.
Although many draft experts have frequently changed their predictions or rankings for the upcoming draft, the general consensus around the league seems to be that USC superstar quarterback Caleb Williams will go No. 1 overall to the Chicago Bears.
However, things start to get interesting at No. 2 overall, with the Washington Commanders ready to bring in a promising young quarterback, but which quarterback that will be remains uncertain, even though there are only a few viable candidates to go that high.
It would be safe to say that the Commanders will draft either Jayden Daniels, J.J. McCarthy, or Drake Maye, but only time will tell what Washington ends up doing.
Although many believe that the three-best players in the draft are Williams, Maye, and Daniels, Joel Klatt of FOX Sports seems to think quite differently when it comes to who he believes are the top-five players in this draft class, via FOX Sports: NFL.

Three out of Klatt’s top-five players are pass catchers, with wide receivers Marvin Harrison Jr. (No. 2), Rome Odunze (No. 4), and tight end Brock Bowers (No. 5), which is surprising, to say the least.
There’s no question that all five of these players are talented and potential stars or superstars on the NFL level, but this is definitely a bold take by Klatt, especially with LSU’s Malik Nabers and Daniels not making the list.
