The New York Giants are one of the most intriguing teams ahead of the NFL Draft.
On the one hand, some believe they could and should give Daniel Jones more time, giving him another weapon and taking one of the many promising wide receiver prospects.
On the other hand, some think they should just start over and get a new quarterback at No. 6.
Notably, that includes former NFL player Damien Woody.
Talking on Get Up, Woody argued that Jones was done already, adding that getting a new quarterback for Brian Daboll to develop would be for the best, even if he has to sit for a year.

The Giants weren’t that impressed with Jones early in his career.
They didn’t even pick up his fifth-year option.
He had a decent year in Daboll’s first season, earning a big-money deal, but he couldn’t keep up and regressed vastly last season.
So, those who weren’t so fond of him in the first years of his career might fear that he might not get a lot better.
That’s not to mention his injury woes.
Still, the Giants are stuck with him for at least another season before they’re able to move on from his contract.
Considering that, perhaps Woody is right and even if they take a new quarterback, it would be better for him to grab a clipboard and stay on the sidelines for a year.
Whatever the case, where there’s smoke, there’s fire, so Jones will have to be at his best in 2024 if he wants to keep his job.
