The Houston Astros continue to be a well-oiled machine in October.
No matter how they play during the regular season, when the playoffs start they seem to always win.
One player who has struggled most of the year for the Astros is first baseman Jose Abreu.
He signed with the Astros in free agency before the year and had one of his worst regular seasons in the majors.
Yet, he did not let that discourage him from playing his best in the playoffs.
In a massive Game 3 of the ALDS, Abreu hit two home runs to lead the Astros to a 9-1 victory.
According to MLB Stats, Abreu became the first player with two 440+ foot home runs in a postseason game in the Statcast era.

Abreu is coming off his worst regular season as a pro.
He batted .237 with 18 home runs and 90 RBI on the year.
His lack of power was a major concern.
But, that seems to no longer be an issue with the two moonshots he hit on Tuesday.
In this series, Abreu is batting .250 with two home runs and six RBI.
Houston will rely on Abreu to produce runs and hit for power in the middle of their lineup.
The Astros find themselves one win away from moving onto the ALCS for the seventh straight season.
The 36-year-old Abreu is not full of postseason experience, playing his whole career with the Chicago White Sox.
But, like most Astros players, he seems to be playing his best when the lights are the brightest.
