There are many positions that have been talked about at length heading into the 2024 NFL Draft.
Many of this year’s top prospects are on offense, including positions like offensive line, quarterback, and wide receiver.
With this in mind, the excitement around those three positions has made others take a backseat, especially as it pertains to national coverage.
Players like Gabe Jeudy-Lally, a cornerback prospect out of Tennessee, have received less praise and excitement than they might get in a typical year.
With this in mind, he sat down with Justin M. of The Draft Network to talk about what he can bring to an NFL roster.
“I’m going to make an impact on every phase,” Jeudy-Lally said.

Jeudy-Lally believes his experience in three different collegiate programs will help him greatly in the NFL, as he should adapt quickly to whatever is thrown his way.
He played in both zone and man-to-man coverage, as Justin M. called out, a skill that should serve him well at the highest level.
While Jeudy-Lally might be confident in his abilities, it remains to be seen by which team he’ll be drafted by and how early he’ll end up going.
Cornerbacks might be pushed back in this year’s draft order, but that doesn’t mean the position is unimportant across the NFL.
In fact, some say the cornerback role is more important now than it was 20 years ago, for instance, due to the increased passing volume in the league.
In recent years, rookie receivers have come into the league ready to go in Week 1, a testament to the increased level of defensive production at the collegiate level.
