There has been significant buzz and excitement surrounding the Los Angeles Chargers during the offseason.
After adding Jim Harbaugh as their newest head coach, fans are elated to see what he can do, and how he can help turn this team around.
Harbaugh is fresh off winning a National Championship with the University of Michigan and hopes to bring that winning culture to the Chargers.
One of the first big events for Harbaugh and his staff is the upcoming draft.
The Chargers have an opportunity to add a blue-chip player to their roster, especially given they have the No. 5 overall pick.
Analysts have tried to make suggestions and predictions about who the Chargers might pick.
Offensive linemen and wide receivers are the two most common positions for this team to target, at least among the general public.
However, Brock Vereen recently appeared on the NFL on CBS, where he discussed another potential player for Harbaugh.
“If you could create a person in a lab, perfectly fit for Jim Harbaugh, it is Brock Bowers. It might not make the most sense for the GM, but it makes sense for Jim Harbaugh,” Vereen said.

Vereen did warn fans that this isn’t necessarily the best move for a GM to make, but Bowers could be a game-changer in this offense.
Justin Herbert is viewed as one of the best young quarterbacks in the league, and if he is surrounded by the right pieces, this could be a match made in heaven.
What player will the Chargers ultimately target in the draft to add the best possible piece to this roster?
