One of the biggest conversation topics in the NFL at this current moment is what the San Francisco 49ers are going to do with All-Pro receivers Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk.
With rumors circulating around league circles that both could be traded out of the Bay Area because of their contracts, their time with 49ers might be running out.
Former NFL veteran and FOX Sports analyst T.J. Houshmandzadeh shared his thoughts on “The Herd” Thursday about the ripple effects of a possible trade that would include one or both of those players.
“You can’t get rid of them in training camp…That would really tear the locker room apart. Guys would be pissed off,” the former receiver told viewers.

It is no secret that Samuel and Aiyuk are the team’s two best receivers.
Starting with Samuel, the 28-year-old do-it-all receiver is one of the best overall players in the game.
He had over 1,100 scrimmage yards last season and 12 total touchdowns despite missing two games.
He is still a great player, which is why San Francisco might want to hold off on a trade.
With Aiyuk, he is coming off of his best season as a pro.
The second-team All-Pro had 1,342 receiving yards.
Both of these players are great at what they do, which is why it would be a shame if the 49ers got rid of them.
This team is still trying to win a Super Bowl.
Time will tell to see what GM John Lynch does in the coming months.
