We’re still months away from the start of the 2024 NFL season.
However, with the way the offseason has shaped up, and with most rosters set for the most part, we can already take a leap of faith and submit our predictions about what may happen in the upcoming campaign.
With that in mind, NFL insider Albert Breer shared his list of the five NFC teams with the biggest chance of making it to the Super Bowl in 2024 (Via The Purple Persuasion).
According to @AlbertBreer, his top 5 NFC teams that have the best chance to make the Super Bowl include 2 NFC North teams. The #Vikings are not one of those 5 teams…
His top 5 in order:
1⃣ #49ers
2⃣ #Lions
3⃣ #Eagles

At No. 5, he had the Green Bay Packers, a team that shocked the world last season by becoming the youngest squad to make the playoffs, and they wound up making it all the way to the NFC Divisional Round.
Surprisingly, he had the Los Angeles Rams at No. 4, mostly because of their strong end to last season, even though they won’t have Aaron Donald out there anymore.
Despite their late-season debacle, Breer still has the Philadelphia Eagles as the third NFC team with the highest chance of making it to the big game, which shouldn’t be much of a surprise if you consider how stacked with talent they are.
The Detroit Lions got the nod at No. 2, which isn’t shocking either, as they were a good second half of football away from making it to the Super Bowl for the first time in franchise history.
Last but not least, Albert Breer had the San Francisco 49ers, who continue to be the strongest juggernaut and most talented team in the entire conference.
