The Dallas Cowboys will have the pressure on them when 2024 starts.
After winning 12 games in three consecutive seasons, they only have one playoff win to show for it.
If they don’t make it at the very least over the NFC Championship Game hump, Jerry Jones will need to have some very difficult conversations.
Former wide receiver and Super Bowl champion Greg Jennings, who played for Mike McCarthy in Green Bay for seven years, recently shared his opinion on what would be the effect of Dallas losing at all in the playoffs.
“They’re gonna make the playoffs and then they’re gonna be out before the divisional round. We know that…Dak will be gone,” Jennings said on The Carton Show.
He also made it clear that McCarthy will be out too if Dallas loses.

The Dallas Cowboys have won just four playoff games since 1998.
That is not going to cut it with Jerry Jones as the owner.
Ever since the franchise’s dynasty in the mid-90s with Aikman, Smith, and Irvin, they have been searching for glory.
Now more than ever, the pressure is really on.
If the Cowboys win double-digit games this year and lose in the playoffs, McCarthy and Prescott, two great regular season performers, will most likely be looking for a new jobs.
That is the price that has to be paid for not producing in the biggest moments of the season.
