After a disastrous 2023 NFL season in which the Arizona Cardinals finished with a record of 4-13 and ended up in last place in the NFC West division, the team is gearing up for what could be quite a bounce-back season in 2024.
With star quarterback Kyler Murray back to 100% healthy, the Cardinals have made a point of it to build around him this NFL offseason, with the team bringing in some weapons on the offensive side of the football.
The Cardinals recently struck gold in the 2024 NFL Draft with the team bringing in former Ohio State star wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., who will likely become the No. 1 option in the passing game right away, and now have added a veteran wideout into the mix.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Cardinals have signed former Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones.

Although Jones is coming off a disappointing season with the Jaguars, where he caught only 34 passes for 321 yards and two touchdowns, the ECU product is still a talented wideout and may flourish in his new situation in Arizona.
Jones will immediately become the No. 2 wide receiver on the team behind Harrison and will likely be a big part of the offense during the 2024 campaign as Murray and company try to right the ship for the Cardinals.
Even though competing in the NFC West will be challenging, Arizona might surprise some people if it can get this offense firing on all cylinders right out of the gate in Week 1.
