During their prime years playing in the NFL, superstar quarterbacks Peyton Manning and Tom Brady were bitter rivals, with the New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts always seeming to square off in big games during the NFL playoffs.
Even though Manning will go down as one of the best quarterbacks of all time with his two Super Bowl titles and a ton of individual accolades he racked up during his time with the Colts and Denver Broncos, Brady has the edge over the future Hall of Famer, with seven titles to his credit and the distinction as the greatest quarterback in NFL history.
Despite no longer being able to compete against each other on the football field, Brady and Manning appear to be going head-to-head one more time in their post-playing days, with both legends trying to buy an NFL team.
According to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, Manning and Brady are hoping to amass enough wealth in order to acquire an NFL team, which is a tall task, to say the least.
Also, it appears Manning is beating his former on-field rival by a wide margin because of his production company’s success.
It’s Brady vs. Manning to see who can make enough money to be the primary owner of an NFL team. https://t.co/vEC5JAylqI

Although Brady is in the process of buying a piece of the Las Vegas Raiders, he won’t be the outright owner, with Mark Davis still having the majority stake in the franchise, which has seen it’s value go through the roof since moving to Sin City.
It’ll be interesting to see who wins this battle and which teams are involved in the process.
