It is time for all NFL fans to buckle up, but especially those in Baltimore and Kansas City.
The league has just announced that the Ravens will travel to face the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium to kick off the 2024 NFL season on Thursday, September 5th.
It will be a rematch of the AFC Championship Game, which saw Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs go into Baltimore and handle Lamar Jackson and Co.

These have been two of the best teams in the NFL and the AFC for over the last half-decade.
John Harbaugh and Andy Reid, two Super Bowl-winning head coaches, are two of the best at their respective roles in the sport.
All-Pro tight ends Mark Andrews and Travis Kelce are two of the best at their position.
Both defenses are extremely well-coached.
But in the end, this will come down to Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes.
Two winners.
Two MVPs.
Two players that know how to put the team on their back.
Of course, Mahomes has gotten the better of Jackson by winning four of their five total meetings.
This one will be especially personal for Jackson and the Ravens because they lost to Kansas City when they were on the cusp of going to the Super Bowl while at home in the playoffs.
Now, they will have to watch Kansas City hang their banner.
This is going to be spicy to kick off 2024.
