The Baltimore Ravens were supposed to have one of the best offenses in the game this season, but that hasn’t been the case thus far.
Granted that Todd Monken’s offense looks better and less stagnant than Greg Roman’s, but injuries have prevented them from being at their best.
Considering that, and looking at how badly the New York Giants have struggled, former NFL star Bart Scott said on ESPN’s “Get Up” that the Ravens should give them a call and send them a second-round pick in return for Saquon Barkley.

Scott stated that Justice Hill isn’t the kind of player they need, and the fact that they already had talks with J.K. Dobbins about a contract extension proves that they were willing to spend money to revamp the position.
That means that Barkley wouldn’t have to go through the same contract standoff and uncomfortable situation he went through with the Giants in the offseason.
Barkley has missed most of the season with an injury as well, but the Giants should be in no rush to bring him back in what seems like a lost season already.
Also, it’s more than evident that they don’t value him enough to offer him a long-term contract, and doing so after another injury-riddled season would make even less sense.
As for the Ravens, adding another injury-prone player to that offense might not be the wisest decision, but it would be the kind of risky move that could end up having a massive impact for them.
