The NFL Draft is one of the most anticipated events in major sports.
This is an opportunity for teams to grow their rosters with players who could make an instant impact, especially for teams with early draft picks.
As the years go on, there has been more and more data collected about past drafts, mainly as it pertains to the top-rated players heading into the process.
Dov Kleiman recently shared the highest-graded prospects from the past 10 drafts, indicating that Malik Nabers was the top-rated from this year’s class.

Nabers joins a list of elite prospects from the past decade, including Saquon Barkley, Myles Garrett, Kyle Hamilton, Jalen Carter, and Josh Allen.
From a pure numbers perspective, this indicates that Nabers should have a great chance of succeeding in the NFL.
He had a high grade going into the draft, and the New York Giants clearly thought highly of him, as they took him with the No. 6 overall pick.
It will be interesting to see what the Giants can do in 2024, especially after all of the Daniel Jones conversations that took place during the offseason.
There was a concern that Jones wasn’t who the team wanted as their quarterback long-term, and as a result, some people thought the Giants would take a quarterback instead of Nabers.
Now that they have Nabers on the roster, hopefully, he can perform at a high level and help Jones take the next step forward, bringing the Giants back to the playoffs after a one-year hiatus.
