The Baltimore Ravens had a great season by most accounts in 2023.
They won the AFC North after earning a mark of 13-4.
However, their season ended on the doorstep of a Super Bowl after losing to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game at home in Baltimore.
After adding running back Derrick Henry this offseason, the Ravens are poised for another great year in 2024.
However, insider Ari Meirov recently detailed one particular element that could make 2024 difficult for John Harbaugh’s team.
“The schedule for Baltimore is a brutal one this year. No team faces more playoff teams from last year in their 17-game schedule than the Ravens, who have 10,” Meirov told viewers of The 33rd Team.
The #Ravens‘ schedule includes 10 games against teams that made the playoffs last season. That’s the most of any team.
Everything becomes a little more challenging when taking a big-picture look.

The Ravens will face the Pittsburgh Steelers twice, the Cleveland Browns twice, the Kansas City Chiefs, the Philadelphia Eagles, the Buffalo Bills, the Dallas Cowboys, the Houston Texans, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Oh, they will also have to face the Cincinnati Bengals with a healthy Joe Burrow twice too.
Plus, new-look teams in the Chargers and Commanders could be interesting matchups, as well.
Nobody knows how the Ravens will finish 2024.
But, everybody should know that they have plenty of talent to be a Super Bowl team this year.
They still have two-time MVP Lamar Jackson at quarterback.
They have two great skill-position players in Derrick Henry and tight end Mark Andrews.
The defense is definitely loaded at every level.
So, despite the tough schedule ahead, John Harbaugh’s team is more than built for it.
