One of the fun parts about an upcoming NFL season is when a team unveils new uniforms.
In New York, the Giants will be entering their 100th season as a franchise.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, to commemorate this season, the Giants will wear “Century Red” uniforms.
Big Blue will wear these jerseys twice in 2024.

The franchise was established on August 1, 1925.
They have won eight league championships, including four Super Bowls.
However, it is safe to say this team is not in Super Bowl contention as they approach the 2024 season.
New York has made the playoffs just twice in the last 12 years.
They’ve only had one winning season in seven years and haven’t won double-digit games since 2016.
Oh, they’ve also only won one division title in the last 15 years.
It is up to current head coach Brian Daboll to change the fortunes of the franchise moving forward.
He will have an uphill battle in doing just that considering there will be a quarterback competition between former first-round pick Daniel Jones and veteran Drew Lock.
The offense will also need to find a way to overcome the loss of Pro Bowl running back Saquon Barkley, who left to join the arch-rival Eagles as a free agent earlier this offseason.
So, the commemorative jerseys will be pretty cool to look at.
But from the outside looking in, this doesn’t seem like a season that is going to be commemorated years from now.
