During the 2023 NFL season, the Kansas City Chiefs uncharacteristically struggled at times during the regular season, which led some to believe that the potential dynasty was about to come to an end.
The Chiefs didn’t have the same talented receiving corps they once did, and superstar tight end Travis Kelce seemed to be heading in the wrong direction as it appeared he had lost a step.
Interestingly enough, the Chiefs got a huge boost from Kelce’s super famous girlfriend, Taylor Swift, who attended as many games as she could while on tour and regularly selling out arenas all over the country.
The presence of Swift brought an entirely new fan base to the NFL, with Swifties starting to tune into games in order to catch a glimpse of the pop star in a suite at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium while also showing interest in Kelce.
Not only did the Chiefs greatly benefit from the fans that Swift brought to the game, but the league in general greatly benefited from her presence, which may have played a role in the 2024 NFL schedule, via Dov Kleiman.
Despite Taylor Swift having her Eras Tour, she will still be able to attend 14 #Chiefs games next season

It’s kind of crazy to think that a pop star can change the way the NFL schedules games in order to get more viewership, but that’s where we’re at because Swift brings in the money whether she’s on stage with a microphone or in a suite enthusiastically cheering on her boyfriend.
With the league making sure Swift can be in attendance for as many games as possible, the Chiefs will try to make league history next season, as they’ll attempt to be the first team to win three straight Super Bowls.
