The San Francisco 49ers had one of the best teams in the NFL last year.
Their offense took a step forward, which was a slight concern coming into the season, and they had a dominant defense again, which has been the case for several years.
Even though they weren’t able to win the Super Bowl, the 49ers showed the league what they are capable of, even when they were missing several players due to injury.
One of those players was Dre Greenlaw, who tore his Achilles during the second quarter of the Super Bowl.
He was unable to help his team for the rest of the game, but he appears to want to change that heading into the 2024 season.
Greenlaw recently spoke to a crowd of people at the “Dwight Clark Legacy Series,” where he shared some positive updates via the 49ers on NBCS.
“I just recently got off the boot, and slowly, everyday just rehabbing, doing anything possible to get back to the field,” Greenlaw said.

Greenlaw’s injury seems to be headed in the right direction, which should be music to 49ers’ fans ears.
He was one of their best defenders throughout the regular season and the playoffs and looks to contribute similarly next season.
The 49ers have built a great culture over the past several seasons, which has helped this team be as successful as they have been.
There are a few teams in the NFC that have enough firepower to take them down, making them a tough test for any opponent moving forward.
