Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice had a tremendous rookie season en route to helping the Chiefs win their second consecutive Super Bowl.
However, he has made some poor choices off the field this offseason.
That includes leaving the scene of a car crash that he started and starting a fight at a nightclub in Dallas.
The league is currently mulling over a suspension for one of Patrick Mahomes’ top pass-catchers.
Speaking of Mahomes, he was asked recently by the Kansas City media about the situation with Rice.

The Chiefs have certainly had their fair share of run-ins with players who’ve made mistakes off the field.
Former players such as Tyreek Hill, Frank Clark, Willie Gay, Kareem Hunt, and a few other significant players have made poor choices off the field.
Whether it is the way the organization has been run or just the way players have conducted themselves, something needs to be changed.
It will be up to head coach Andy Reid and Co. to find a way to make up for the loss of Rice during his likely suspension.
Having future Hall-of-Fame tight end Travis Kelce, former 1,000-yard receiver Marquise “Hollywood” Brown, first-round speedster Xavier Worthy, and others should certainly help compensate for the loss.
For Rice to truly meet his NFL potential, he has to make better choices.
