The San Francisco 49ers are looking to remain undefeated during the 2023 NFL season as they take on the Cleveland Browns on the road during Week 6.
San Francisco has looked like the class of the NFC so far this year as they’ve got one of the best-balanced rosters in the league.
Kyle Shanahan has shown that he and his team can win in a multitude of ways, either in high-scoring affairs or defensive showdowns.
Against the Browns, the 49ers wasted no time scoring as Christian McCaffrey set himself up for another score after an explosive run to get into the red zone.
McCaffrey has been a common visitor in the end zone and Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James couldn’t help but give the running back his props via his Twitter account.

McCaffrey scored on an easy play-action pitch to give San Francisco the early 7-0 lead.
However, the touchdown also marked the 15th consecutive game including the playoffs where McCaffrey has scored.
He is now tied for second all-time with John Riggins and O.J. Simpson for most consecutive games with a touchdown.
The 49ers star is well within reach of breaking the NFL all-time record currently held by Lenny Moore who scored in 17 consecutive games during the 1963-64 seasons.
Although McCaffrey must be proud of the accomplishment, he would most likely prefer that his team comes out with a win as they nurse a narrow lead over the Browns.
Cleveland’s been able to put up a good fight despite not having Deshaun Watson, so it’ll be interesting to see which squad ends up coming out on top.
