It is going to be an interesting year in Buffalo, New York this season.
The Bills made waves by cutting ties with plenty of veteran players in an effort to create more cap room.
They traded All-Pro wide receiver Stefon Diggs to Houston and moved on from the likes of Gabe Davis, Jordan Poyer, Mitch Morse, Tre’Davious White, Nyheim Hines, and many others.
However, that hasn’t stopped ESPN Bet from believing in quarterback Josh Allen as an MVP candidate.
According to the site, Allen has the second-shortest odds to win MVP at +800.

Allen is one of those players that has the ability to take over game, even if he seemingly is alone out there.
He is in that class of Aaron Rodgers and Patrick Mahomes.
The multi-time Pro-Bowl quarterback can either sling the rock or run over defenders.
In the first six seasons of his career, he has three years with at least 35 touchdown passes and has recorded over 50 career rushing touchdowns.
After losing his top two receivers in Diggs and Davis, along with his starting center in Morse, Allen will definitely be up against it in 2024.
He has a new cast of receivers, including Curtis Samuel, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Chase Claypool, and rookie Keon Coleman.
It will be up to him to work with these new pass-catchers and create a strong connection with each.
If he can do just that and guide Buffalo to the playoffs, he will be right in that MVP window.
Perhaps the Bills will even be in Super Bowl contention too.
