After two losses in the first three weeks of the 2023 NFL season, the Jacksonville Jaguars were starting to get written off as a team that could contend for a Super Bowl title.
Fortunately, Trevor Lawrence and company have been able to turn things around over the last three games of the season, with the team getting three straight wins, which now has the team sitting atop the AFC South standings ahead of the Indianapolis Colts, who they were able to beat on Sunday.
Along with Lawrence throwing two touchdowns through the air to Christian Kirk and Brenton Strange, the Jaguars were able to get it done on the ground as well, with running back Travis Etienne Jr. rushing for 55 yards and two touchdowns.
Lawrence talked about the Jaguars getting their fourth win of the season on Sunday and how Jacksonville needed this spark to keep heading in the right direction via NFL on CBS.

Without rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson, the Colts haven’t been the same team, even though Gardner Minshew has been a solid backup until he threw three interceptions today against the Jaguars.
If the Jaguars can continue to win games and look good on both sides of the football, Jacksonville will start to get more and more buzz as a threat in the AFC after getting off to a poor start to the season.
One key to unlocking this offense is if the team can get wide receiver Calvin Ridley going, as that will open things up for Lawrence and make the Jaguars that much tougher to stop offensively.
