One of the toughest injuries to see happen in the NFL last season was the MCL tear, in addition to ACL damage, that Browns All-Pro running back Nick Chubb suffered.
The knee injury cost him the rest of the season after going down in Week 2 in Pittsburgh.
Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski spoke to the Cleveland media recently about Chubb’s progress.
“He’s working like crazy…He’s a huge, huge part of our program…I get to witness him work firsthand,” Stefanski said, per the team.

If the Browns offense could get a healthy Chubb back, in addition to a completely healthy Deshaun Watson, they could be real Super Bowl threats in the AFC.
Chubb is the straw that stirs the drink.
As fans witnessed last season, his injury hurt Cleveland more than Watson’s shoulder injury did because veteran quarterback Joe Flacco came in off the street and took them to the playoffs.
When healthy, the former Georgia star is one of the elite backs in the game of football.
After being selected by the Browns in the second round back in 2018, he hasn’t looked back.
Chubb has rushed for over 1,000 yards in four of his first six NFL seasons.
He has recorded over 1,100 scrimmage yards and 8+ scrimmage touchdowns in five of his first six seasons too.
Aside from Derrick Henry, it is hard to find a more productive back in the AFC than the four-time Pro-Bowler.
If he can get back to his true form in 2024, the Browns will be a team to look out for down the road.
