NFL fans are certainly looking forward to the 2024 season, but fewer teams have as much anticipation surrounding them as the New York Jets.
Fans were excited to see what the Jets could do last year in Aaron Rodgers’ first season with the team, but his Achilles injury stifled their enthusiasm.
As the Jets prepare for a second try with Rodgers at the helm, other players in this offense are gearing up to make an impact of their own.
One of those players is running back Breece Hall, who is entering his third NFL season.
Hall was a highly regarded player coming into the NFL, but he suffered an injury of his own during his rookie season, making it difficult for him to shine for the entire year.
He showed some flashes in 2023, but it appears that he was playing through a bit of injuries at that time, which might not be the case in 2024.
As Hall recanted in a recent press conference shared via Rich Cimini on Twitter, “I just feel like I’m back to my old self.”

If Hall’s comments are genuine, the Jets’ offense could be that much better moving forward.
Having Rodgers lead the team will help them in a lot of ways, but having a healthy player like Hall in the backfield is also crucial for a team’s success.
Running backs help establish the pass, and if the offensive line can support him, this team could see a major turnaround moving forward, hoping to reclaim the top spot in the AFC East.
