When Tom Brady talks, people listen.
That is undoubtedly what FOX Sports is banking on after committing hundreds of millions of dollars for him to be the network’s lead NFL analyst and draw viewers to the screen on Sundays.
From recent speeches and interviews, it appears to be money well spent.
Brady is showing himself to be a gifted ambassador and analyst of the game by offering insights that could only be acquired through decades of insider experience.
He recently shared his outlook on the increasingly transitory element of the NFL.
According to Yahoo Sports, the quarterback who spent 20 NFL seasons with one franchise and won six Super Bowl titles there is not a fan of players and coaches bouncing around the league.

The future Hall of Famer told Charles Robinson that continuity no longer exists in high schools and colleges, much less the NFL.
He explained that there are “no programs that are developing players in college; they’re just teams now.”
Brady noted that spending a season in one locale before quickly moving on to another is not the way to build a winner and have a successful career.
But there is so much pressure from the media and certainly social media to get whatever issue exists fixed right away, and this led to the deluge of transfers and quick moves seeking instant results.
