The Chargers fled their long-time home in San Diego for greener pastures in Los Angeles and set up shop in the magnificent SoFi Stadium.
Now, the team is preparing to move operations to a new state-of-the-art facility that will parallel the impressive structure that hosts their home games.
Built on 14 acres in El Segundo, the new complex sports three natural grass fields under the California sun with accommodations for up to 5,000 fans.
The NFL played the role of a proud papa and posted an impressive video of Chargers players and coaches touring “The Bolt,” the new facility that is second to none in the league.

The main building is an amazing 145,000-square-foot complex with offices for coaches and team staff, a performance center, a rooftop club, a 3,100-square-foot media center and even eSports studios.
The ultra-modern team headquarters coincides with what the franchise hopes is a new day in Chargers history.
The hiring of head coach Jim Harbaugh sent a powerful signal to AFC West rivals and the rest of the league that Los Angeles has its sights squarely set on winning a Lombardy Trophy for it’s growing fan base.
A dismal 5-12 record in 2023 seems like a distant memory as the summer heat prepares fans for the fall season, and there is a sense of optimism surrounding the Chargers.
Many experts predict the team will be a tough out in 2024 if it follows the lead of its enthusiastic leader and takes advantage of young quarterback Justin Herbert’s considerable strengths.
