Few NFL teams have entered a new season coming off a dismal 5-12 campaign with more positive energy than the Los Angeles Chargers.
Of course, no new games have been played, and Mike Tyson famously quipped that everybody has a plan until they get hit.
However, LA is overflowing with great expectations with the arrival of new head coach Jim Harbaugh, and the team is far from devoid of talent.
NFL insider Daniel Jeremiah told the Rich Eisen Show that early returns from the Chargers under Harbaugh’s leadership are 100% positive.

Jeremiah explained that Harbaugh spent his first few months on the West Coast building up the buy-in from his new charges.
The head man did not emphasize integrating rookies or learning new schemes as he familiarized himself with his new roster.
Instead, he focused on veterans being on board with his program for success, a blueprint that has worked in both college football and the NFL.
Jeremiah declared veterans are far from being grudgingly pulled along by Harbaugh.
Rather, they are excited for the new day dawning for the Chargers, and most experts believe the pieces are in place for a rapid turnaround.
Does this mean a Super Bowl berth next February?
That would be quite a shock, but the Chargers are blessed with emerging star quarterback Justin Herbert and a defense built around explosive edge rushers Khalil Mack and Joey Bosa.
Harbaugh has the foundation for something special in Los Angeles, and while it’s early and the results must play out on the field, the first steps are overwhelmingly encouraging for Chargers fans.
