Week 6 of the NFL Season was host to several storylines that took over the internet.
There were two pregame scuffles, including an altercation between the Dallas Cowboys and Los Angeles Chargers ahead of Monday Night Football.
At the time of the Chargers-Cowboys game, there were no available details about what transpired.
Austin Ekeler has recently talked about what happened in a conversation with Matt Harmon shared via Yahoo Fantasy Sports.
According to Ekeler, there was a miscommunication between the two teams about where they were supposed to warm up.

By his recollection, the Chargers’ defensive backs were warming up on one area of the field, and the Cowboys’ DBs tried to be in the same area.
This was what instigated this incident, which escalated very quickly.
In the blink of an eye, players from both teams were shoving each other, resulting in a small brawl.
Ekeler saw his role as “Just get my guys out of there,” which is seen in the video clip shared by Yahoo Fantasy.
While trying to play peacekeeper, Ekeler caught a stray punch to the helmet, which he claims, “didn’t faze me at all.”
This is how Ekeler remembered the situation going down.
There haven’t been any Cowboys players to speak out about the situation, so it is unclear whether they remember it the same way.
Regardless, this was the second of two on-field skirmishes in Week 6.
The NFL has not made any statements about these incidents yet, but there could be some repercussions handed out shortly.
