The Los Angeles Rams can’t seem to catch a break with injuries.
Following their win in the Super Bowl, they’ve struggled to stay on the field, regardless of how much of a contributor a player is.
The latest victim of their injury bug was none other than RB Kyren Williams, who was coming off a stellar performance vs. the Arizona Cardinals.
Now, ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reveals that the RB is expected to miss multiple games, but he should be back shortly after their Week 10 bye.
#Rams RB Kyren Williams is expected to miss multiple games but should be back, at the latest, after the Week 10 bye, per source. Williams suffered an ankle sprain on Sunday.

The injury was deemed an ankle sprain, and he endured it after exploding for a career-high 158 yards and one touchdown.
Williams had earned the top spot in the pecking order after entering the season as the No. 2 RB behind Cam Akers, who was eventually deactivated and later traded away.
Notably, the Rams also lost backup RB Ronnie Rivers in the very same game.
Fowler adds that HC Sean McVay didn’t offer any specific timetable for either of their returns, but he did rule them out for the foreseeable future.
The Rams brought back Darrell Henderson after waiving him last season, signing him to the practice squad.
They also elevated Royce Freeman and signed Myles Gaskin off the Vikings’ practice squad, so it seems like they’re going to use a running back-by-committee approach in the meantime.
Rookie RB Zach Evans handled most of the reps in practice, but his role in the future remains uncertain.
The Rams will now be undermanned to face the Pittsburgh Steelers in a must-win game.
