A commonly debated topic among NFL circles is about who is the greatest player at every position.
Some analysts sit around and have these discussions for hours, as do many fans when talking about their favorite sport.
For years, Tom Brady was identified as the undisputed best quarterback in the league, with everyone else slated to fight for second place.
Many believe that Patrick Mahomes has taken over that role, and Lamar Jackson is now the second-best quarterback in the league, at least according to the crew at The Carton Show.
When discussing the third-best player, Greg Jennings gave his pitch for the player who is likely to win Offensive Rookie of the Year this season.
“C.J. Stroud, it’s not even a question,” Jenning said.
Who’s the 3rd-best QB in the NFL right now according to @GregJennings?

He also said, “You’re not gonna convince me that you would take Brock Purdy over C.J. Stroud.”
Stroud helped turn the Houston Texans around this season, not only making a playoff game but beating the Cleveland Browns in the Wild Card round.
The Texans might have gotten blown out by the Baltimore Ravens in the divisional round, but the fact that they made it to this game is a step in the right direction.
Jennings believes that with Stroud at the helm, the Texans should be able to keep this momentum going in 2024 and beyond.
He has young, talented players surrounding him on the roster, which is generally a recipe for success.
Whether he is the third-best quarterback in the league remains to be seen, but with the impression he made on fans in Year 1, his ceiling seems to be in line with this mentality.
