With the start of the NFL year just around the corner, we’re going to see multiple familiar faces in new places.
That happens every year, and not even the newly-found money influx into the salary cap will prevent teams from moving on from some franchise stars.
Considering that, NFL analyst Ari Meirov believes that L’Jarius Sneed, Tee Higgins, and Brian Burns are the likeliest candidates to be tagged and traded this offseason.
Brian Burns, Tee Higgins and L’Jarius Sneed all seem to be potential tag-and-trade candidates this offseason.

The Cincinnati Bengals have already spent a lot of money on Joe Burrow and will have to save up to make Ja’Marr Chase the highest-paid wide receiver in the game.
That makes Higgins the odd man out, and even though they would love to keep him around, the word around the league is that they could even get a first-round pick for his services, so it would make sense to let him go.
The Carolina Panthers will most likely tag their star defensive end, and Brian Burns should have a plethora of suitors for his services.
Dave Canales will favor the offensive side of the field, and they surely have some major holes to fill around Bryce Young as he enters his second season.
As for L’Jarius Sneed, he was one of the best cornerbacks in the league and one of the anchors of the championship-winning defense.
Nonetheless, it seems like both parties are still far apart in terms of a potential contract extension, which is why they may have no choice but to find him a new home if they cannot strike a new deal.
