The Baltimore Ravens made another statement on primetime television.
Todd Monken’s offense was too much to handle for the Jacksonville Jaguars’ usually stout defense, and Lamar Jackson proved again why he’s one of the most unique and unstoppable players on Earth.
That’s why former NFL star Jason McCourty believes that the Ravens are the scariest team in the conference, as they just have too many weapons that can step up on any given day, all while Jackson continues to stand still in the pocket and keep finding the open guy.
Talking on Good Morning Football, McCourty showed some clips of Jackson just staying calm and scrambling around in the pocket, watching his progression, making reads, and finding a teammate over and over.

That’s just so frustrating for other team defenses.
The Ravens’ offensive line constantly gave Lamar more than six or seven seconds to make a throw; there’s just no way to stop that.
He’s a perennial dual-threat because of his ability to scramble and get big gains after a broken play, but his instincts have turned him into a ‘pass-first’ kind of player this season.
Whatever the case, Jackson can hurt you in so many ways, and the Ravens’ solid defense always helps him flip the field when need be.
The Ravens have been the most consistent and complete team in the AFC from top to bottom, and while they’ve struggled in the playoffs throughout the course of the years, they shouldn’t find many hurdles in their way to the big game this season.
