The Denver Broncos couldn’t get the most out of Jerry Jeudy.
Either because of the fit, their subpar quarterback situation, his character issues, or all of the above, the former first-round pick has failed to live up to the expectations.
Now, the Cleveland Browns have taken a chance on him, getting him in return for a couple of late-round draft picks, and giving him a big-time contract extension, hoping he’ll prove his worth.
Considering that, NFL analyst Greg Cosell raved about the Alabama product, and he thinks the Browns could get plenty of production out of him.
“I’ve always loved Jerry Jeudy…great routes and gets open,” Cosell said.

Talking on the Ross Tucker podcast, Cosell admitted that he’s always been a fan of Jeudy, praising him for his route-running skills and the way he gets open.
He thinks he’s a little thin and there are some injury concerns, but he also believes he can be a great No. 2 in the passing game for them.
Of course, the quarterback situation in Cleveland isn’t ideal either, as he points out that Deshaun Watson essentially hasn’t played much for the past few years, so that’s also an issue to consider there.
On the surface, Jeudy can still become a star in this league, as he’s quite young, and the talent that made him a first-round pick hasn’t vanished.
Then again, it might all come down to whether he actually wants it or not.
He grew up idolizing Amari Cooper, who’s now in the same WR room as him, so perhaps that’s going to give him all the motivation he needs to finally fulfill his potential.
