The Miami Dolphins began the season with significant energy, resulting in a strong start to the year.
While they have clinched a playoff spot, the Dolphins are coming off a blowout loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
Due to this loss, they will face off against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday Night Football to fight for the AFC East title.
The game with the Bills isn’t necessarily a must-win for their spot in the playoffs, but, as Willie Colon said on The Carton Show, “You cannot limp into the playoffs.”
“The Dolphins have to prove they’re mentally and physically tough. You cannot limp into the playoffs. You gotta finish on a high note.”

Colon said that the Dolphins “gotta finish on a high note,” also expressing that they “have to prove they’re mentally and physically tough.”
In his mind, they need to try and bounce back after getting blown out by the Ravens.
If they come out sluggish in this game, allowing the Bills to take over early, it will likely not bode well for this team.
A loss would make them limp into the playoffs, as Colon suggested, and the Dolphins would surrender home-field advantage.
Depending on their seed, the Dolphins could have a less-than-favorable matchup in the first round, especially if they are not at home.
For a team with a lot of optimism and hope for a Super Bowl run when the season began, the Dolphins are in desperate need of a moral victory and a win in the record books.
Can Tua Tagovailoa and Tyreek Hill find a way to get the offense going while the defense tries to stop a hot Bills offense?
