Arguably the NFL’s best offensive player resides in San Francisco with the 49ers.
No, not Deebo Samuel, not George Kittle, not Brock Purdy, and not even Brandon Aiyuk.
Running back Christian McCaffrey is the real deal and has proven it for almost his entire career.
ESPN analyst Mina Kimes recently gave high praise to McCaffrey for what he has done so far as a pro.
“He does everything at an extremely high level…There’s just no one like him in the NFL…He is truly one of one and deserving of his deal,” Kimes recently stated on “NFL Live.”

The four-time All-Pro running back just recently received a new two-year extension that will allow him to remain in San Francisco through 2027.
The $38 million deal resets the market and allows him to still be the league’s highest-paid running back.
McCaffrey, as Kimes said, is a true unicorn.
He can take a hand-off 75 yards to the house in the blink of an eye.
He can provide a key presence in the pass-catching game.
Additionally, the former Stanford star can set blocks and protect his quarterback, which comes in pretty handy in Kyle Shanahan’s offense.
But his numbers that he puts up are absolutely ridiculous.
The reigning NFL Offensive Player of the Year set career-highs in rushing yards (1,459; led the league) and scrimmage touchdowns (21; led the league) this last year.
He also led the league in touches (339) and scrimmage yards (2,023).
He has recorded over 1,000 scrimmage yards in 5 of his 7 NFL seasons.
There just isn’t another player like him on offense in the league.
