For years now, the NFL has tried to get rid of taunting.
15-yard penalties and sometimes even fines have taken some of the fun away from the game.
That’s why Cincinnati Bengals star Joe Burrow recently advocated for taunting.
He stated that players should be able to taunt when they make a play, adding that they’re all grown men who won’t get their feelings hurt just because another player did his job.
With that in mind, New York Jets star RB Breece Hall took to Twitter to share how much he agreed with that statement.

Taunting is a part of sports; it’s just competitive nature, there’s nothing to do about it.
The players are in an entirely different mindset when they’re on the field — as they should be — and the competitive juices get flowing.
Of course, there’s always a line to be drawn, and as long as players don’t cross it and the opposing team knows how to take it, it should all be fine.
The league wants the players to put their bodies at risk and give 110% effort on every single play, but they don’t want them to show any emotion when they actually make a big play.
And while taunting could lead to a minor scuffle every now and then, teams and players with bad blood will always talk trash to each other throughout the game, so those altercations could and will continue to happen regardless of whether they taunt or get flagged for it or not.
