The Cleveland Browns have finally put pen to paper with all of their rookies.
After recently signing defensive tackle Michael Hall Jr. out of Ohio State to his rookie deal, no other draft pick needs to be signed.
This team is officially ready to roll with all of their young players under contract, per Daniel Oyefusi.

On paper, this Browns roster is one of the best in football.
Assuming that Pro Bowl quarterback Deshaun Watson (shoulder) is healthy and All-Pro running back Nick Chubb (knee) is back to being 100%, this offense has the potential to be one of the best in the AFC.
With five-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Amari Cooper, Pro Bowl tight end David Njoku, and former first-round wide receiver Jerry Jeudy now in the fold, Cleveland has the opportunity to be as formidable as any in their own conference.
Defensively, this is a very complete unit at all levels.
All-Pro edge-rusher Myles Garrett is one of the best overall defenders in the NFL.
On the other side is another Pro Bowl edge-rusher in Za’Darius Smith.
Pro Bowl linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah calls the defensive signals.
On the backend, cornerback Denzel Ward tends to repeatedly show off why he is a multi-time Pro-Bowler too.
This is a team that has experience and great coaching.
Head coach Kevin Stefanski is a two-time NFL Coach of the Year for a reason.
With the addition of newly-signed rookies like Hall, this team could very well win 10+ games again in 2024.
