The MLB postseason has always been seen as a time when legends are made.
There have been many great regular-season players over the years, but dominating the playoffs is what everyone wants.
You can say the same thing about managers.
Winning in the postseason is an art.
Every game matters which means every decision from the manager matters just as much.
One manager who has done it all in the postseason is Texas Rangers skipper Bruce Bochy.
He was a legend long before he decided to come back and manage the Rangers.
But, this season is only improving his resume.
Thanks to a 3-0 sweep over the Baltimore Orioles, Bochy continues to add to his Hall-of-Fame resume.
According to The Athletic MLB, Bochy has 49 career postseason wins, which is the fifth-most all-time.
Bruce Bochy now has 49 career #postseason wins, the fifth most in MLB history.
He’s led three different franchises to the League Championship Series.

The Rangers have become the third franchise that Bochy has led to the Championship Series.
Even at 68 years old, Bochy still knows what buttons to push.
What is most impressive about the Rangers is that they are doing this from the Wild Card spot.
Of the five postseason games they won, four of them came on the road.
Texas has been one of the best offenses in baseball all year long.
But, now they are getting the pitching to do its part to help lead the Rangers to wins.
The Rangers now wait for the winner of the Houston Astros and Minnesota Twins series.
With Houston up 2-1, it seems likely we will have an AL West team who goes to the World Series.
