San Francisco 49ers star Christian McCaffrey has had his fair share of injuries in the course of his career.
That’s why people get immediately concerned every time he’s down on the field, as he’s missed plenty of time.
However, of all the injuries he’s suffered throughout the course of the years, he went through a brand new situation during Thanksgiving night’s game vs. the Seattle Seahawks.
McCaffrey’s helmet literally broke during the game, so he had to get it fixed on the sidelines.
When asked about that, the former Carolina Panthers star hilariously admitted that he felt like Frankenstein (via Yahoo Sports).

McCaffrey had one of his best games of the season and perhaps even of his career, but it seems like we’re starting to take his video game-like stat lines for granted at this point.
He rushed 19 times for a whopping 114 yards (6.0 yards per carry) and two touchdowns, adding five receptions on six targets for another 25 yards.
McCaffrey has scored at least one touchdown in 19 of his past 20 games, with the win over the Jacksonville Jaguars putting an end to a 17-game streak that was one game shy of setting a new NFL mark.
Trading for him could go down as the greatest move in John Lynch’s tenure as GM.
His presence there took the offense to a whole new level, and it allowed Kyle Shanahan to deploy so many different things.
We shouldn’t take his numbers for granted, and he should be one of the leading MVP candidates.
