The Los Angeles Chargers made headlines by trading Keenan Allen to the Chicago Bears.
This leaves Justin Herbert without two of his best pass-catchers, Allen and Mike Williams, who have both left the team.
However, this trade has been viewed as a win for the Bears by many analysts.
Upon seeing the result of this trade, Colin Cowherd immediately indicated that Caleb Williams is the biggest winner in this deal.
The winner…Caleb Williams. https://t.co/CLLmEG8ofP

Williams is expected to be taken by the Bears with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
The Bears still have Justin Fields on their roster, but he is expected to either be traded or be Williams’ backup.
With this in mind, Cowherd believes adding a player like Allen could help Williams succeed in his rookie campaign.
Allen played well last season for the Chargers and will now be a part of a dynamic duo with D.J. Moore in Chicago.
It will be interesting to see how he performs in 2024, even if Williams is their quarterback.
The Bears have struggled to gain traction in the NFC North in recent history, and with the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions being playoff teams last year, the Bears have their work cut out for them.
Will the Bears’ offseason additions and an expected quarterback change be enough to reverse this team’s bad fortunes?
That remains to be seen.
For now, fans can sit back, relax, and enjoy the next few weeks before the draft.
