Looking towards round one of the NFL Draft Thursday night, the biggest position is quarterback.
Which teams will take a chance on those big-name throwers of the football in Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels, Drake Maye, J.J. McCarthy, Michael Penix Jr., and Bo Nix?
A more intriguing question is which teams will be aggressive enough to trade up to get their guy?
Fox Sports’s Colin Cowherd has a guess on which team will trade up to get their guy.
According to his mock draft that he released on The Herd Thursday afternoon, he has the Minnesota Vikings trading from pick No. 11 overall to pick No. 3 to draft North Carolina’s Drake Maye.

What is shocking about this potential trade from Cowherd’s mock draft is that both the Patriots and Vikings need a quarterback.
Would New England actually consider trading all the way back to outside the top 10 and risk missing out on getting their guy?
He also has the Patriots drafting star Washington wide receiver Rome Odunze with that 11th overall pick.
Unless they were planning to trade back into the first round, New England wouldn’t draft a quarterback in round one in Cowherd’s mind.
That would be a big-time decision by the Patriots brass.
In addition to having the Vikings trade places with the Pats, he has three wide receivers going in the top 11 picks.
Marvin Harrison Jr. to Arizona, Malik Nabers to the New York Giants, and Odunze to the Patriots.
If the draft were to follow this blueprint, it would be absolutely drenched in drama.
