The Miami Dolphins needed to prove that they could beat winning teams, and they took care of business at home vs. the Dallas Cowboys.
Nonetheless, NFL analyst Colin Cowherd didn’t get too carried away with that win.
That’s why he reminded the fans that they have only one postseason win in the past 23 years, which, unsurprisingly, didn’t sit well with Tyreek Hill.
That’s why the former Kansas City Chiefs star took to Twitter to call him a “thug” and wondered what sport he played.
With that in mind, the renowned pundit doubled down on his criticism, stating that it wasn’t personal.
“I tend to think they attack the messenger because my message hit a little too close to home… Not sorry for not coronating you.”

Cowherd said that he’s just not ready to go overboard over a win, especially considering the context.
He stated that the Dolphins actually beat themselves during that game, making some very interesting comparisons.
Cowherd believes the Cowboys and Dolphins are the same team in the sense that they both have good, not great quarterbacks with explosive offenses, some great defensive coordinators, and an elite wide receiver.
He also compared them in the sense that they’re both great at home and not so much on the road, and they both crush bad teams but struggle against good ones.
Last but not least, he talked about how both franchises have disappointed for the past 23 years despite all the talking they’ve done.
In all honesty, he made a lot of sense with most of those points, and it’s going to be very interesting to see what Hill has to say about this.
