The Pittsburgh Steelers might be in some real trouble heading into 2024.
It’s not because of their roster or their head coach.
The front office has brought some more ammunition to Pittsburgh this offseason in the form of future Hall-of-Famer Russell Wilson, All-Pro linebacker Patrick Queen, and other important skill players.
However, their new schedule, which was just released, is one of the toughest in the entire league.
At least, that’s what Colin Cowherd believes.
“That is the toughest schedule I have ever seen, Thanksgiving-on, in league history,” Cowherd recently proclaimed on “The Herd.”

From Week 11 until Week 18, the Steelers will have by far the most brutal stretch of any team in the league this season.
They will face their entire division, which might be the toughest in the league, twice over.
Then, they will also face the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs, two teams that faced each other in the Super Bowl two years ago.
Mike Tomlin’s squad will face other playoff and playoff-hopeful teams in the Dallas Cowboys, Atlanta Falcons, Los Angeles Chargers, and New York Jets in the beginning half of the season.
If Tomlin can guide his team to the playoffs through this gauntlet, he might as well be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame right now.
To even have a prayer at the postseason, Pittsburgh will need to win six or seven games prior to Week 11.
If not, it will be tough sledding as the weather changes and the playoff race heats up.
